Additional Information on Contract Terms

Lighting and/or Fabric Decor Services

Client agrees that Fox Haus Event Production is to be the exclusive lighting and/or fabric vendor at said event and/or project.

This clause excludes:

• DJs, Bands, and/or the venue providing uplighting (only permitted for Fox Haus contracts without DJ Entertainment)
• DJs, Bands and/or the venue providing effect lighting for the dance floor. (i.e. moving lights, color washes, etc.) (only permitted for Fox Haus contracts without DJ Entertainment)
• Lighting from a tent rental vendor (i.e. string lights, Parcan lights, emergency lighting, etc.)
• Lighting included in a floral vendor's installation.
• Table and/or chair linens provided by the venue, the Client, or a third party vendor.

All Services

In the event that weather conditions or disorderly conduct at said event and/or project put Fox Haus Event Production staff and/or equipment in danger, Fox Haus reserves the right to pause, relocate or remove the services and staff for this event and/or project, client will not qualify for a refund, partial or full.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• Placement of equipment that is not weatherproof outdoors with no protection from the elements.
• Staff is placed outdoors with no shelter to poor weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, excessive heat or cold.
• Flooding in area of equipment and/or staff placement.
• Mud in area of equipment and/or staff placement.
